The company was founded with its main business operations being import and trade with plant protection products, seeds, and fertilizers. During this period, selection activities started, new varieties of soft winter wheat were created, and a seed preparation line was established.

A modern laboratory has been created to test selection materials. The company already has 16 varieties of soft winter wheat recognised and registered in the European Union. The varieties Aneta, Vyara, Neven, Factor, Apogey are already in use in Bulgarian fields.

The varieties are offered on the market by a team of specialists and a modern high-capacity production facility has been constructed for the preparation of selection materials and wheat, maize, and sunflower seeds.Micro combines, plot seeders, and machinery have been purchased.
